What a difference three years can make! Back then, we were in a pitched war to liberate Iraq from a cruel dictator (should I even mention WMD?). Now, we're in a dirty, guerilla war in Iraq with over 2,000 dead American soliders and mounting global terrorism.
At some point, someone from the administration will have to remind me why we spend $300 billion on this. Frankly, I think we bought a lemon of a war. Maybe the upcoming Iran war will turn out much, much better.
Mission Accomplished!
